This page explains the cookies and similar storage used on loyaltyconsultant.co.uk. It matches how the site is built today. We have not added analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.
How to change your choice
On your first visit a banner asks whether to allow Google Fonts. You can change that later from the footer link “Cookie preferences”, or with the button above. We store that choice in a first-party cookie named lc_cookie_prefs for 180 days so we do not ask on every page.
Strictly necessary
These are needed for the site to work. They stay on.
PHPSESSID— the PHP session, used for CSRF protection, form messages, Health Check progress on this device, and the admin sign-in if you operate the sitelc_cookie_prefs— remembers whether you allowed Google Fonts- Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled on the Contact form and Health Check start — may set its own cookie or similar storage to reduce automated submissions
If you block the session cookie, forms and the Health Check will not work reliably.
Third-party fonts (optional)
If you accept all, or switch third-party fonts on, the page loads Inter and Manrope from Google Fonts. Google may see your IP address. If you choose essential only, the site uses the fonts already on your device.
Layout files, not a choice
Bootstrap CSS and Bootstrap Icons are loaded from jsDelivr so the layout and form controls render. Those requests are not switched off in the preference panel, because the pages would break. jsDelivr may log the request in the ordinary way a CDN logs traffic. There is still no analytics or advertising cookie attached to that.
What we do not use
- Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar analytics products
- advertising, retargeting or social-media pixels
- browser local storage or session storage for the Health Check or calculator
Returning-customer calculator
The calculator runs in the browser and does not write cookies or send the figures you enter to our server.
